Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to Sub Texas Alliance ERP and related communications from Texas Rock Solid Building Services, LLC ("Texas Rock Solid," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Sub Texas Alliance ERP, Field HQ, or providing a mobile number for job and task scheduling notices, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Sub Texas Alliance ERP is a business application used to manage construction jobs, schedules, purchasing, field coordination, and related records for Texas Rock Solid and authorized users. Access is limited to accounts we provision. You must keep login credentials confidential and use the service only for authorized business purposes.

Built-in actions and customer AI automations

Required business rules remain active. Customer AI automations are opt-in: an authorized administrator reviews the trigger, actions and scope, then saves and enables the workflow. That setup authorizes repeated runs within the saved configuration without approval of every run. AI suggestions alone do not authorize execution. Review and save changes before using a changed workflow.

Required billing rule

Bill completed change orders. When an invoice-billed change order enters Completed, the ERP adds its linked billing item to the invoice billing queue at Needs to bill. This locked business rule cannot be paused from automation settings. Adding a billing item does not itself send an invoice or collect payment.

Operational messages and tasks

The ERP also includes the event-based messages and tasks listed below. These are existing business features, not customer-created AI workflows. Availability and delivery depend on the relevant event, company settings and recipient preferences. Turning off additional copies may leave the original assignee or company base recipients active; consult each stop instruction.
