OUR GOAL
Our goal is to bring every general contractor and subcontractor onto Sub Texas Alliance ERP, so the people on a job can work together without chasing each other for answers.
We’re building toward a shared job folder where conversations stay with the estimates, costs and stages of the work. Customer requests become assigned tasks, with a clear next step and a record of what happened.
Everyone should be able to see who’s waiting on whom. Email can still be part of the conversation, but the job needs a place where the follow-through is tracked.
“Can you price the added finish at the north entrance?”
Conversation saved with this jobThe request, response and decision stay together.

A crew waiting for an answer still costs money. So does a change that never gets billed. See where work is held up while there’s still time to do something about it.
Compare budgets, commitments and actual costs by job and cost code. Spot a variance while there’s still time to act.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
A job crosses company lines every day. Our goal is to keep the conversation with the job, connect requests to the people responsible and show what each side is waiting for. That includes estimating, approvals, field work and payment.
Email can still be useful. The goal is to give each request a place in the job folder, with an assigned task and a visible status, so follow-up doesn’t depend on someone remembering an email.
Choose Subcontractor ERP if your business performs trade work under a general contractor. Choose General Contractor ERP if you manage overall projects and coordinate subcontractors. Each sign-up box takes you to the matching product.
